When a patient walks in our doors with pain this is typically where care begins. In this part of your care the Doctors may utilize forms of treatment in order to get you out of pain as quickly as possible without the use of medication or surgery.

 

The type of care you might receive in this phase of care could be:

Chiropractic Adjustments

Soft Tissue Work

Acupuncture

Dry Needling

Cupping Therapy

Massage

Rehabilitative Stretches

Modifications of activities of daily living

Determination of imaging/co-management

The Goals of this phase of care include:

Reduce pain

Improve Mobility/Range of Motion

Control Inflammation​

Once your pain is much more manageable or even gone phase 2 begins. During this phase we work as a team to get you back to your normal everyday activities of life, work, or sport without pain. Get you back to doing the things you love to do without pain.

Advanced Rehabilitative Exercises

Functional Training

The Goals of this phase of care include:

Restoration of Activities of Daily Living + Sport

Increase Mobility
