Now that we're in February, this is a perfect time to start working on our golf performance with the golf season right around the corner.
Some things we are going to start working on will be mobility and stretching exercises so that we can start loosening up our bodies.
We want to allow our body the chance to get that full range of motion. When we start to work on our golf swing and maximize the motion we can get through the golf swing.
