Exercises to help improve poor posture!

Are you someone who often suffers from headaches, neck pain, and upper back pain, particularly after spending long hours working at your desk? Do you feel like your posture could use some improvement?


I'm here to share with you some exercises, stretches, and mobility tips that you can incorporate into your daily routine, whether you're sitting at your desk or away from it. By doing so, you can work towards improving your posture and hopefully reduce the frequency and intensity of those painful symptoms that you experience.


Posture is something we never really expect anyone to have on point 100% of the time. In fact I would rather have you in and out of many posture than holding one posture for a prolonged period of time.


Posture is a subconscious effort or habit if you will that can be changed with improvement in strength of different areas and release of tension in other areas.


Below are exercise's and stretches to do just that to improve imbalances to therefore improve everyday postures.
